Postage Costs (UK, Northern Ireland & BFPO)
Postage is charged at a flat rate fee of £1.95 no matter how much you order. (UK, Northern Ireland & BFPO only).

Orders placed outside of the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail/International signed for delivery. {Please see shipping costs in the table below}
Please note our shopping cart only calculates UK shipping so orders will need to be invoiced separately, via paypal. Please email us with the following: Item description, quantity & shipping address. Once we have received your email with details of your order we will check stock availabilty and if the items that you require are in stock we will email you a paypal invoice {invoices will be in Great British Pounds}.

Estimated Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days from dispatch date for your parcel to reach you {UK orders}. During busier periods delivery may take lightly longer.
For orders placed outside of the UK orders usually take approx 1 week to arrive from date of dispatch.
An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Out of Stock Items
We try to keep our stock levels as up to date as possible and will usually add a note to items which are out of stock and give an estimated delivery time. If for any reason any of our goods are out of stock when you place your order but new stock is due in within the next few days we will hold on to your order until these arrive. We will notify you by email of any delays and you can choose to cancel that part of the order, which will be refunded, alternatively we can send your order out in two parts at no extra cost.
Payment by Paypal
Payment can be made securely through paypal, transfer funds directly from your own login or pay online with your debit or credit card, via paypal. Paying with paypal is fast, free and private. Merchants never see your financial information.
Payment by Cheque/Postal Order (UK only)
We now accept payment by postal order/cheque (UK only) For orders paid for by cheque please allow up to 10 working days for payment to clear, orders will be sent out within 1 working day once payment has cleared. If paying by postal order your order will be sent out within 1 working day upon receipt of your payment. Cheques and postal orders must be received within 7 days from date of purchase in order to secure your order. If payment is not received once the 7 days are up your order will be relisted for resale on our website.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible and we can sort out the problem. If your order is faulty, damaged or not as decribed please return to us with any damaged packaging within 14 days for a full refund. If you ordered something in error we will be happy to exchange it for more goods or refund you (less the cost of postage) as long as the goods are received in a re-saleable condition and returned to us within 14 days.
